Government Relations Committee:

The Government relations committee has the exciting and challenging role of representing chiropody and the issues of the chiropody profession to the government of Ontario.  This includes meeting with government policy advisors, HPRAC, other health professional associations as well as monitoring of college undertakings and the impact these may have on the chiropody profession.  This committee along with the board of directors works hard to keep abreast with the latest government health initiatives, again to ensure that chiropody is included in these initiatives.

The government relations committee also attends WSIB workshops to ensure chiropody is represented in their programs of care.

From time to time we call on the services of professional consultants to guide and advise us in this area.
