ABOUT THE PRESENTERS

Dr. Breeann Wilson DPM MPH

Pure Podiatry of WNY, PLLC was founded by Dr. Breeann N Wilson in 2016 with the goal of helping her patients put their “Best foot Forward”. Dr. Breeann N Wilson is a proud native of Buffalo, NY. A graduate of William M Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, she completed 3 years of residency with the Catholic Health System in Buffalo, New York and Coast Plaza Doctor’s Hospital in Norwalk, California. She is board certified by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and has been in practice for over 14 years. She recently launched her children’s walking shoe line called Pure Peds, revamping the old school “hard bottom shoe”. She is also an attending with the Catholic Health System helping to train the podiatrists of the future.

Spencer Farrow DCh, BSc

Spencer Farrow is a Chiropodist with 14 years of clinical experience and is the owner of Niagara Foot Care Clinic, with locations in Grimsby and Welland, Ontario. His practice encompasses a broad range of podiatric medicine, with particular interests in soft-tissue and nail surgery, conscious sedation, and diagnostic and therapeutic injections. A significant focus of Spencer’s clinical practice has been developing approaches that allow patients who may otherwise struggle to access procedural care—including paediatric patients and individuals with neurodiversity—combining surgical technique with thoughtful patient selection, communication, and perioperative care. His personal experience as a parent of a child with neurodiversity has further shaped his approach to care, fostering individualized strategies for managing pre-procedural anxiety and adapting the clinical environment to better accommodate neurodivergent patients.
Spencer has been a Michener clinical instructor and externship site for over 10 years, providing students with hands-on exposure to clinical practice and procedural care. Outside of clinical practice, Spencer is married to Diana, who is also a Chiropodist, and they have two children, Dean and Lily. He remains active in distance running and is involved in local nonprofits boards and faith-based community initiatives.
