Job Description / Duties

We are currently looking for a Registered Chiropodist to complete our dynamic team at Maple, Richmond Hill and/or Markham locations in Ontario. We currently have an active waitlist for chiropody services so your schedule will be full very quickly.

As an integral member of the team, you will provide our patients preventative chiropodial assessment and treatment that can be done safely in a private clinic setting. These include:

- Routine Foot Care: Regular check-ups, nail trimming, and callus removal to maintain overall foot health.
- Diabetic Foot Care: Foot care to prevent complications associated with diabetes.
- Management of Foot Pain: Treatment for conditions such as plantar fasciitis, heel pain, and Achilles tendonitis. This includes rest, ice, compression, elevation (RICE), and pain relievers.
- Dermatological Treatments: Addressing skin issues like athlete's foot, warts, corns, and eczema. This involves topical medications.
- For any surgical procedures, refer patients to orthopedic specialists to ensure the highest level of care and safety.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Registration with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario in good standing is required
