DELEGATE BAG INSERT $500

• You can provide a logo’d item for each delegate (ie contactless key fob, notebook), or 1 single 8X11 page flyer in the delegate welcome kit– 350 items required for receipt at OSC office by April 15

EXHIBIT BOOTH - $1,750

Your booth includes:

• Each 8x10 booth includes one skirted 6’ table and 2 chairs
• Each booth includes two representatives
• Each additional representative is $200
• NOTE: Access to Electrical Extra: You cannot plug into existing sockets at the hotel
• Booth allocation is based on first come first served
  • The OSC reserves the right to determine the final floor plan and booth allocation
• Listing of your company and logo in the conference app

DRAFT SCHEDULE

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received in writing to the OSC office.

Cancellation received 30 days or more prior to the first show day – 100% of exhibit fee payment will be refunded, less a $100 admin fee.

Cancellation received within 8-29 days prior to the first show day – 50% of exhibit fee payment will be refunded, less a $100 admin fee.

Cancellation received within 7 days of the first show day – NO refund
