Job Description / Duties

-Work with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, directed towards maintaining and enhancing their physical abilities, lifestyle and well-being
-Participate in a collaborative care model providing holistic, comprehensive care to meet the needs of clients
-Manage and prioritize clinical caseloads, including the coordination and delivery of therapeutic services
-Promote positive relationships between clients, team members, funders and the community
-Direct the Pedorthist and/or Technician on the appropriate orthotic and footwear plan, documenting goals of treatment
-Collaborate with the Foot Care Assistant to provide a seamless client experience
-Ensure all documentation in the clinical record meets CBI and regulatory body standards

Qualifications / Required Skills

-Registration in good standing with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario
-Passion about the profession and commitment to ongoing professional development
-Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on problem-solving
-An ability to work both independently and as part of a team
-A commitment to facilitating clients' needs by exceeding their expectations
-Relevant experience is an asset
