Job Description / Duties

Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day
• Work with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, directed towards maintaining and enhancing their physical abilities, lifestyle and well-being
• Participate in a collaborative care model providing holistic, comprehensive care to meet the needs of clients
• Manage and prioritize clinical caseloads, including the coordination and delivery of therapeutic services
• Promote positive relationships between clients, team members, funders and the community
• Direct the Pedorthist and/or Technician on the appropriate orthotic and footwear plan, documenting goals of treatment
• Collaborate with the Foot Care Assistant to provide a seamless client experience
• Ensure all documentation in the clinical record meets CBI and regulatory body standards

Qualifications / Required Skills

What you need to be successful
• Registration in good standing with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario
• Passion about the profession and commitment to ongoing professional development
• Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on problem-solving
• An ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A commitment to facilitating clients' needs by exceeding their expectations
• Relevant experience is an asset
