Job Description / Duties

You will provide a full range of exceptional foot care to our patients two days a week.
Services will include active treatment of acute conditions, diabetic foot care,nail care and wound care, Orthotics casting, as well as preventative and palliative foot care.
DUTIES:
•Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ foot disorders/dysfunctions and lower limb conditions through detailed examinations, medical histories and diagnostic tests
•Prescribe medications within scope of license.
•Provide appropriate treatments, such as removing calluses and corns.
performing minor surgical procedures including injection of prescribed medication (as required)
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting assessments, treatments and progress in accordance with medical standards and regulations
•Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment
•Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and pleasant attitude
•Available to work evenings and weekends, as necessary.

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropodists
of Ontario.
• Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Salary: Based on experience
