Job Description / Duties

This opportunity is geared to a highly motivated Chiropodist with a good mind for business along with providing professional patient care, including but not limited to: nail and callus care, wart treatment, custom orthotics, biomechanical and gait analysis, ingrown nails, fungal nails, health education/counselling etc.

Qualifications / Required Skills

-Licensed Chiropody Diploma (D.Ch.)
-Friendly, Professional, Outgoing
-Excellent communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills
-Proven flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, busy independent practice
-Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills as relates to patient care
-Demonstrated competency and professionalism; consistently demonstrates knowledge and expertise following the standards of practice expected by the College of Chiropodists of Ontario
-Demonstrates strong written and communication skills; listens for clarity and meaning, and communicates in an honest manner to make sure there is mutual understanding between patient and practitioner.
