Additional Information

Independent contractor roles can look appealing with higher hourly rates, but they come with hidden costs—overhead, staffing, insurance, downtime, and no safety net. As an employee in this program, you start with stability: a dependable wage while you learn and set up your practice, plus vacation pay, sick pay, and statutory holiday pay. You also benefit from structured systems, mentorship, and relocation assistance if needed. This approach gives you security and confidence while you train, then transitions you into full clinic ownership without the financial strain of going it alone.
