This is a fantastic opportunity to join ‘Toronto Foot Clinic’.
Toronto Foot Clinic is a well-established and reputable practice, inviting a new member to join our professional team. This is a busy clinic providing primary health care, including routine footcare, chronic disease management, health promotion and MSK to a population of patients from all over the GTA.

The part-time Chiropodist is integral in the care of the patients of the Toronto Foot Clinic where we want you to feel part of the team. The Chiropodist will work closely with other Chiropodists, Podiatrists and administration staff to help build a patient focused clinic with professional standards and care. Our Clinic does not offer home visits nor are we open on weekends.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a primary care provider, prepare therapeutic and management plans with patients.
Implement, monitor and follow up foot care treatment and plans in accordance with the Chiropodist scope of practice.

Develop, update, implement and maintain education resources for patients and for providers.
Provide MSK assessments and Rx appropriate treatment
Be competent to preform nail surgery and follow-up with care post procedures.

Qualifications / Required Skills

B.Sc. and licensing/registration by the College of Chiropodist of Ontario.
Professional liability insurance required
Drug Prescribing
New Grads considered, mentorship available
Work effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
Computer skills.
Experience with EMR an asset.
Ability to work flexible hours

Additional Information

Our Clinic is Full EMR and currently using Jane Software
The clinic offers orthotics using STS Casts / iPad Scanner. We perform Soft Tissue Surgeries, Fungal Laser Treatments, Shockwave Treatments, Cryoprobe and Swift for wart treatments.
