Job Description / Duties

-Registered with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario and in good standing
-Prescribe custom orthotics by means of laser scanner and/or plaster of paris
-Use of lasers for verruca and general foot pain
-Soft tissue surgery
-Drug prescription writing, as per scope
-Prescriber of orthopaedic shoes and compression socks
-Ongoing Chiropody foot care relating to diabetes, wound care, general maintenance
-New graduates are welcome to apply

A well established family owned and operated wellness centre is seeking a locum, part-time and full-time Chiropodist to joint our team of health care practitioners. The Chiropody practice operates 5-6 days per week, full days and has administrative staff. There is paperless charting, free parking, paid statutory days, vacation and medical benefits. The wellness centre also provides dental hygiene, osteopathy, psychotherapy and massage therapy.
