Job Description / Duties

You became a Chiropodist because you’re passionate about what moves us all. You know that foot pain and disease can hold people back from living their best life, and you value playing a critical role in removing those barriers.

-Diagnose and treat injuries, deformities and conditions of the skin and nails in the foot
-Prescribe medications, perform injections and surgical procedures
-Perform biomechanical assessments and gait analyses of the lower extremities
-Prescribe custom foot orthotics, custom footwear, and off-the-shelf orthopedic footwear as needed
-Reprocess instruments according to COCOO guidelines and Public Health standards
-Maintain a thorough and accurate patient health record
-Keep up-to-date with knowledge and innovative techniques for best patient care

Permanent - full-time & part-time available

Qualifications / Required Skills

Valid registration as a Registered Chiropodist and in good standing with COCOO
Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment or clinical retail setting an asset
Prescription and injection privileges as per COCOO
Valid CPR and first aid certification

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum
